At Snicklefritz Bakeshop, every cookie I make is a labor of love. My passion for baking began as a kid, continued at the Culinary Institute of America, and has only grown stronger. The name Snicklefritz comes from my late grandfather, Dr. Dan, who called me this out of the blue one day and I knew that it was the perfect name for my business. Now, as a mom of two kiddos, I am dedicated to creating cookies that bring joy to every occasion. My decorated cookies are not only delicious, but beautiful works of art. Some say they are too beautiful to eat but don't let that stop you!
